Bridal Shower Venues in Palm Beach County: How to Host an Intimate, Photo-Ready Shower

For a bridal shower of about 10 to 40 guests, look for a private space with a beautiful dining area for brunch or tea, a quiet room for gifts, and good light for photos. At Maison Sarti in Loxahatchee, you book the whole house by the hour ($150/hr, 4-hour minimum), with all five interior zones included and the pool, patio and lawn available for shoots and events.
What should you look for in a bridal shower location in Palm Beach County?
Look for privacy, a room that seats everyone for a meal, a pretty spot for gifts, natural light, easy parking and flexibility on vendors. A private house checks every box that a restaurant back room cannot: no other diners, your own playlist, and a backdrop that already looks like the photos you have been saving.
How many guests fit comfortably in an intimate bridal shower?
Most intimate showers land between 10 and 40 guests. Maison Sarti’s guideline is about 10 to 40 guests indoors. These are guidelines rather than hard rules, and we advise on your exact layout during your inquiry. Learn more on Gatherings.
How long should a bridal shower last, and is 4 hours enough?
Most showers run two to three hours with guests, so a 4-hour booking gives you time to set up and reset. A sample timeline:
- Hour 1: vendors arrive, florals and tablescape go in, the bride gets ready in the Grand Bedroom.
- Hour 2: welcome drinks in the Grand Salon, then a seated brunch in the Dining Salon.
- Hour 3: games and gifts in the Azure Room, portraits by the pool or under the oaks.
- Hour 4: farewells, favors and load-out.
A room-by-room flow for the day
Welcome guests in the Grand Salon, seat brunch in the Culinary & Dining Salon, open gifts in the soft light of the Azure Room, and keep a getting-ready corner in the Grand Bedroom for touch-ups. All five zones are yours for the booking.

Taking the party outside: poolside and on the lawn
The pool, patio and lawn are available for events, so the shower can spill outside. Set a lemonade bar under the white pergola, line up the bridesmaids along the pool terrace for a group portrait, or carry a garden-party theme onto the lawn, where palms and oaks frame every photo.

Can you bring your own caterer, florist and decorator?
Yes. Maison Sarti is vendor-friendly: preferred caterers and florists are welcome, load-in and load-out are coordinated with your booking, the kitchen is available for finishing and plating, and a recommended vendor list is available on request.
What are the house rules?
- No confetti, glitter or open flames without approval.
- Music at neighbor-conscious levels.
- Respect for finishes and décor.
- Event end times honored as booked.
