Membership
Studio Membership for Photographers and Content Creators in Palm Beach County

A studio membership gives photographers and content creators a set number of studio hours every month, plus perks such as priority booking and discounts on extra time, for a monthly fee. In Palm Beach County, Maison Sarti’s Creator Coalition offers three tiers, from the Creator Pass at $250–$350 per month to Agency Residency from $1,500 per month, with full interior access to all five zones.
What is a studio membership?
A studio membership is a monthly plan that bundles a set number of studio hours with member perks. Instead of searching for availability every time a client books, you hold a reliable place to shoot. It suits photographers, creators and brands who produce content on a regular rhythm.
How is a membership different from hourly booking?
Hourly booking is pay-as-you-go: $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, any time the calendar is open. A membership is a monthly commitment that bundles hours and adds advantages such as priority booking windows and discounts on extra time. If you shoot once or twice a year, book hourly. If you shoot most months, compare the two.
What does Maison Sarti’s Creator Coalition include?
Every membership includes full interior access across all five feature zones, with no per-room fees. These are the three tiers as listed on the Creator Coalition page. The ranges reflect typical packages, and final details are confirmed upon application.

Tier 3
Agency Residency
From $1,500/mo
For production teams, e-commerce brands and agencies.
- 15–20 hours per month or half-day buyouts
- Weekend priority blocks
- Gear storage on site
- Commercial shoot priority
A three-month minimum commitment applies. Membership hours are primarily Monday to Friday daytime; weekends are reserved for events and buyouts.
Which tier fits your month?
- Creator Pass fits a creator who batches content once a month, or a boutique brand refreshing its feed.
- Studio Pro fits a portrait or branding photographer booking several client sessions a month.
- Agency Residency fits teams shooting product, campaigns or recurring series who want half-day blocks and a place to keep gear.
Is a membership worth it compared with hourly booking?
Start with your calendar, not the price tag. Count the hours you shot on location over the last three months, note how often you scrambled for a date, and compare that with the hours and booking window in each tier. If you would use the bundled hours and value priority access, a membership is worth a conversation. If your work is seasonal, hourly booking may suit you better.

What can members shoot at the house?
Five interior zones cover most briefs: the dramatic Crimson Room, the romantic Azure Room, the Grand Bedroom & Clawfoot Bath, the Piano Room & Grand Salon and the Culinary & Dining Salon. Outside, the pool terrace, pergola patio and lawn add daylight scenes, with the pool, patio and lawn available for shoots and events.
