How It Works
What's Included When You Book Maison Sarti by the Hour

An hourly venue rental at Maison Sarti includes the whole property, so you get the house, the saltwater pool, 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The price is $150 an hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus a $175 cleaning fee, and you can invite up to 40 guests without sharing the house with anyone else.
What's included in an hourly venue rental?
At most places you rent just one room, but at Maison Sarti the whole property is yours for every hour you book, which is the most important thing to know before you plan.
Here is what comes with every booking:
- The whole house, with all five styled rooms (see the rooms)
- The saltwater pool and the yard
- 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths
- Room for up to 40 guests, counting your vendors and helpers.
- A friendly walk-through of the property when you arrive.

How much does it cost?
It is $150 an hour for every kind of booking, with a 4-hour minimum and a $175 cleaning fee. A 4-hour booking is $600 plus the $175 fee, so you pay $775 in all, and there are never any extra per-room fees.

Why is there a 4-hour minimum?
Every booking takes careful work before and after, because we get the house ready, walk you through it, and reset it when you leave. Four hours also gives you enough time to set up, celebrate and pack up without feeling rushed.
What can you do here?
Most people book the property for one of two main reasons.
Photo and video shoots
Photographers, content creators and small brands love shooting here because each room has its own look, so you can move from a deep red room to a soft blue room and then out to the pool in a single afternoon.
Small events
Hosts plan birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers and business meetings here, and the house feels like a private European home instead of a plain party hall. See ideas on our small events page or read about hosting a bridal shower here.
How many people can come?
You can have up to 40 guests, and that number includes everyone who comes, like your photographer, your caterer and your helpers. Smaller groups of about 10 to 25 people feel cozy and are easy to host.
Does setup time count?
Yes. Your hours start the moment you arrive and end when you leave, so plan your setup and cleanup inside that time. If you are bringing big decorations, book one extra hour, because relaxing is a lot more fun than rushing.
What are the house rules?
- Please skip glitter, confetti and open flames unless we approve them first.
- Keep the music at a level that is respectful to our neighbors.
- Arrive and leave on time so the next guest has a beautiful experience too.
- Treat the house the way you would treat a dear friend's home.

It takes three steps:
- Pick your date and hours on our booking calendar.
- Tell us what you are planning and about how many guests are coming.
